Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live chat specialist or in a customer service role with live chat communication.
- Excellent written communication and typing speed, ensuring clear and professional interaction with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant support tools to manage customer information efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Solid conflict resolution ability to de-escalate situations and provide positive outcomes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Comfort working remotely and managing time independently, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
