Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a live chat specialist or in a customer service role with live chat communication.
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed, ensuring clear and professional interaction with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant support tools to manage customer information efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Solid conflict resolution ability to de-escalate situations and provide positive outcomes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Comfort working remotely and managing time independently, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs.
